Nothing. Lenders join, set their criteria, and receive matched deals at no cost. We don't charge them to be on the platform, and we don't take a cut of any deal that closes here.
Never. We're a flat-fee platform. You pay for posting access, not for outcomes. What you close is yours.
Yes. You can upgrade at any point — and we'll credit recent per-deal fees toward your annual plan. Talk to support and we'll handle it.
Your deal stays live on the platform until you close it or pull it down. There's no time limit. If you have questions about a specific situation, your account contact can walk you through it.
