Nothing. Lenders join, set their criteria, and receive matched deals at no cost. We don't charge them to be on the platform, and we don't take a cut of any deal that closes here.
Never. We're a flat-fee platform. You pay for posting access, not for outcomes. What you close is yours.
Yes. Move up to Standard or Pro whenever you're ready, from Settings → Plan & billing, and your deals, lenders, and data come with you.
Your deal stays live on the platform until you close it or pull it down. There’s no time limit. If you have questions about a specific situation, your account contact can walk you through it.
Yes. You can invite the lenders you already work with and give them preferred access to your deals. Most brokers find this is the fastest way to get value out of the platform on day one.
